Rozan Dikkat

After completing her studies in energy and resource management, she worked as a freelance educational consultant focusing on climate protection in elementary schools. She also brings many years of experience as an auditor and environmental management officer in both industry and commerce. 

Since summer 2024, she has been working as a sustainability manager at Enjoy Jazz, where she is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive sustainability strategies. In addition, she is actively involved in fostering sustainable collaboration among cultural institutions through the “Sustainable Culture Network”, co-founded by Enjoy Jazz.

For me, there is a clear connection between sustainability and well-being. As humans, we are part of nature, and this deep connection is rooted in living authentically and with consciousness. This awareness is closely connected to health, which is why the topic of well-being genuinely inspires me.
