FEST FORUM returns to Kraków!
The next edition of FEST FORUM will take place on 6 and 7 November 2025 in Krakow.
Register by 13 October.
After a successful first edition in April 2025, Polish festivals are invited to gather once again to explore the challenges facing the sector, this time under the motto “Balance.”
On 6 and 7 November, the programme of the autumn edition will include debates, workshops, and industry meetings. The Forul will build on the threads mapped out in spring, focusing on key topics such as: work culture and wellbeing of festival staff, cooperation with local communities, concern for the natural environment, accessibility issues, financing, the latest legal changes and long-term development strategies. Natália Oszkó-Jakab, EFA Board Member and Director of Valley of Arts, will address the topic of sustainable practices and solutions for the events sector in a panel discussion.
Krakow is one of the founding cities of the EFFE Seal for Cities and Regions and is committed to promoting excellence in festival organisation (read our article about here).

FEST FORUM in Poland
FEST FORUM will take place in Krakow on 7 April. It gives a space for discussion and exchange of experiences of festivals to grow sustainably and challenges they face in their daily work.
