Elaine Falzon

A cultural manager with over twelve years of experience in the cultural and creative sectors, Elaine specialises in strategy development, cultural policy, and project coordination. She leads projects in the field of Culture, Health, and Wellbeing, has managed national arts funding programmes, and lectures in Arts and Project Management. 

ARC Research & Consultancy:  We were inspired to explore this field as the role of culture and the arts as transformative forces in health and social care became increasingly evident and widely acknowledged. Our engagement is driven by a commitment to advancing policy initiatives that bridge the cultural and health sectors, and to promoting evidence-based approaches that support meaningful, cross-sector collaboration.
